We provide maternity and postpartum care to new mothers and infants for a period of 1-3 month post delivery by a very special and unique proven way of Confinement ( Postpartum Rest Period).

Confinement Care

Confinement is a unique Chinese way of taking care of newborn babies and mothers. According to traditional Chinese concepts, childbirth is not only a challenge to women’s physiology, body and mind, but the energy and physical exertion involved in the production process may also pose future health risks to body functions. Confinement can not only help mothers go through life transitions smoothly to aid them in restoring physiological balance, but it can also be an opportunity to comprehensively readjust their physiological state. Proper postpartum care can fundamentally adjust certain physiological imbalances that already exist in the body before delivery, laying a good foundation for the mother's future health.

It takes about 1-3 months after giving birth to return to the physiological state before pregnancy. This period is a critical period for postpartum care and infant. Our principle is "Following the trend and being the way of nature" for our confinement care.

Our Services Include

Scientific Feeding of Babies

In addition to taking care of feeding and bathing the baby, we will also help infant develop regular sleep habits.

Maternal Dietary Therapy

We will first prepare meals for the mother that meet her special postpartum physiological needs. We will also use different dietary formulas to adjust the mother's breast milk secretion to make sure the baby is receiving sufficient nutrition from breast milk and at the same time, it helps the mother regain her energy and strength in a short time.
